Cooking Classes at the Cookery and Southern Season

Perhaps your New Year’s Resolution was to cook more, or maybe you’re just looking for a few new dishes to mix into your cooking routine. Whatever the reason for expanding your culinary prowess the Cookery and A Southern Season’s Cooking School have many classes to help you learn new techniques and recipes.

Through February the Cookery is offering classes such as Making Fresh Brioche (January 10th), The Wonderful World of Chocolate (January 19th), and Sausage Making: The Basics of Grinding, Casing, and Cooking (February 11th).

 

 

Southern Season

The Cooking School at A Southern Season hosts a wide variety of classes that let students learn the basics of making Southern cooking staples such as biscuits and cornbread, or how to master international cuisines such as a Thai and Turkish. There are also courses designed specifically for couples and girlfriend getaways.
